Rimlance™ Product Warranty Terms
Dear User:
Thank you for your support and use of Rimlance™ products. If you have any questions during the use of Rimlance™ products, please feel free to contact us through online customer service or the technical support Email in the first instance (support@rimlance.com).
Rimlance™ will provide warranty services to consumers in accordance with the relevant regulations. The detailed terms are as below.
Warranty Statement
Rimlance™ promises consumers that the products are free of defects in manufacturing and materials. Within the normal warranty period, if it is proven that the product has functional failures or material defects, Rimlance™ will provide services to consumers by repairing or replacing products of the same grade and capacity, and promises that they have the same functions as brand new products.
Replacement criteria: For new product with failures, a replacement claim can be raised within 7 days of purchase. Please provide purchase proof (warranty card and invoice), the product, compact packaging and all accessories. Replacement will only be provided after tests confirmed that no action out of warranty terms toward the product is conducted; for claims exceeding the warranty period, they will be handled according to repair procedures.
The accessories that come with the product are not covered by the warranty service.
Warranty Period
Rimlance™ provides limited lifetime warranty service for memory products (until 1 year after product discontinuation). From the date of sale, if problems listed in the “Microcomputer Product Performance Failure For” occur during normal use of the product, and the product is within the valid warranty scope, the corresponding services can be enjoyed.
If the damaged components of the product are discontinued and the corresponding components cannot be found on the market, Rimlance™ will negotiate with you to replace other products at depreciated prices.

Rimlance™ will be unable to provide warranty services in the following situations:

Installation Instructions and Precautions
- Installation Instructions
(1)Please make sure to back up your important data before installation.
(2) Please be sure to confirm the computer power is off and the power cord is unplugged before installation.
(3) Before touching any electronic components or removing memory, please be sure to first contact objects that can discharge static electricity, or wear anti-static wrist straps/gloves.
(4) Check if all slots on the motherboard are populated before purchasing or installing memory products.
(5) When installing products, push down the clips on the slot and the product can be popped out for replacement. Please note the notch on the memory module must be aligned with the protrusion on the slot. Push the memory module into the slot with appropriate force, and the clips will automatically lock.
(6) Some motherboards require special procedures for installation, please refer to the motherboard or computer manuals for installation. Please be sure to plug and unplug the memory according to the computer manual, and ensure the memory is firmly installed in the slot.
(7) Please refer to the computer manual for memory related settings and debugging operations. The company is not responsible for hardware or system damage caused by human operational errors.
- Precautions

(2) Please be sure to turn off the computer before installing or removing this product, to avoid hardware or system damage caused by short circuits and for which the company is not responsible.
(3) The product’s performance stated in specifications such as speed and other parameters can only be delivered when matched with appropriate host hardware configurations. Incorrect hardware pairing may result in incompatibility and failure, which is unrelated to the product.
(4) For products that support overclocking, forcing settings exceeding specified overclocking ratings is dangerous: The company is not responsible for hardware or system damage caused by improper human operations.
(5) To provide a better service experience, some product repairs will be handled by replacement with spare parts, so the repaired product may not be consistent with the original sent for repair;
